About COLDWELL BANKER UNITED, REALTORS® and It’s Agents
On April 26th, 2005, Rainey Realty, Inc. merged with COLDWELL BANKER Smith Homes, Inc. of Gautier, MS. to form COLDWELL BANKER Smith Homes, Inc. #4 – Lucedale Office. On October 1, 2005 the business was sold to COLDWELL BANKER JME Realty. And in September, we were sold to COLDWELL BANKER UNITED, REALTORS. It is our intent to continue to provide friendly and reliable real estate service to the public for this region of Southeast Mississippi.
At the present time COLDWELL BANKER UNITED, REALTORS has 10 full time agents that handle both Listings and Sales. Our goal is to have 12 full time agents within the near future. We handle a great deal of rural land, small and large tracts. We also, have a great inventory of homes throughout the area along with commercial properties. From time to time we handle properties in several Mississippi Counties, such as George, Greene, Jackson, Perry and Stone. We typically operate in north Jackson, George and Greene Counties.
